Growth needs an owner.
Many businesses already have good people, marketing activity, systems and opportunities. What they often lack is one person looking across all of it and taking responsibility for how growth works together.
Straxor exists to provide that capability without a business needing to employ another full-time executive. Senior growth leadership, delivered at the level of involvement the business actually needs.
Growth strategy that gets implemented.
A growth plan is only useful if somebody takes responsibility for putting it into action. Straxor works across strategy, business development, sales, positioning, systems and implementation to help businesses turn opportunity into commercial activity.

Technology that supports the growth process
Strategy without execution doesn't change the business.
Straxor works beyond planning. Depending on the engagement level, Straxor may work with the owner, work with leadership, train staff, coordinate implementation, develop business relationships, review progress and adjust priorities.
The aim isn't to hand over a document and leave. It's to help the business build the capability, process and accountability to keep growing after the engagement ends.
Where Straxor came from.
Straxor comes from the operational side of growth: the part where a business decides it wants to get bigger and then discovers the machine underneath won't take the weight.
That experience spans professional services, recruitment, property, trades and training, including growing a service business from zero to over $12 million in revenue and building the pipelines, partnerships and workforce systems that had to run alongside it. That's where the pattern became obvious. The businesses that grew cleanly weren't the ones with better ideas. They were the ones where somebody senior actually owned growth and was accountable for it.
Straxor is that pattern, built into something repeatable. Three levels of support, depending on how much of the function you want to own yourself and how much you want us to run.
We don't build businesses in isolation; we build the network around them. That comes from years of community and partnership work, where nothing gets done without real relationships and everything has to be practical. The same principle applies here.
The principles behind every engagement.

Straight answers
Growth has a commercial side and an operational side.
Creating more opportunity is only useful if the business has the people, leadership and operational capacity to support it. Straxor looks at growth from both sides.
Commercial growth
Fractional Growth Leadership
The commercial growth engine of the business: strategy, opportunity, sales, relationships, systems and execution.
People and operations
Operational capability
The people, workforce and operational side of growth, so the business can convert and deliver the work it wins.
Growth has to work on both sides of the business. Winning more work is only useful if the business can convert and deliver it. Involvement depends on the needs of the business, not a fixed structure.
Where is growth getting stuck?
If the business has opportunity but the strategy, people, systems or execution aren't working together, start with a conversation.
