Level 01: Growth Blueprint

The strategy, handed over.

You have the team. What's missing is the plan.

We spend time inside your business understanding how it actually makes money, where growth genuinely exists, and what's currently preventing it. Then we build the growth strategy and business development roadmap to reach it, and hand it to you to execute.

Leadership team in a strategy session
Who it's for

This is the right level when...

You have capable people

There's a team who can execute. They just don't have a plan worth executing yet.

You're guessing at direction

Growth ideas get debated regularly and never sequenced into anything anyone can act on.

You want to stay in control

You'd rather own the delivery internally than bring an external party into the leadership layer.

You need clarity before commitment

A defined piece of work with a clear output, before deciding on anything ongoing.
The work

What the Blueprint involves.

01

Growth opportunity assessment

We look at where growth genuinely exists in the business rather than where it's assumed to exist. Existing clients, adjacent services, underworked segments, dormant relationships, referral sources that have quietly gone cold.

Most businesses have more available growth inside their existing client base and network than they think, and less in the new markets they've been talking about. The assessment settles that question with evidence rather than opinion.

02

Market and client analysis

Which clients are worth growing, which segments actually convert, where you win and where you consistently lose, and what your real competitive position is in the markets you serve.

We also look at where the business is over-concentrated. Revenue that depends heavily on a small number of clients or one referral source is a growth constraint dressed up as a good year.

03

Tailored growth strategy

The actual strategy: which growth avenues to pursue, in what order, with what commercial opportunity and what it will demand from the business. Written for the people who have to execute it, not for a boardroom.

Just as importantly, what not to pursue. Most growth strategies fail from breadth rather than depth. Four initiatives half-run will always be beaten by one run properly.

04

Business development roadmap

The strategy broken into sequenced actions with owners, timing and dependencies. What happens in the first thirty days, the first quarter, and the first year.

This is the part clients tell us they'd never got to on their own. Not because the ideas were missing, but because nobody had put them in an order that survived contact with a busy month.

05

Presentation and handover

We present the strategy and roadmap to your leadership team, work through the questions, and make sure the people responsible for delivering it understand why it's built the way it is.

You keep everything. The Blueprint is yours to run.

The outcome

What you're left holding.

A written growth strategy specific to your business, your market and your capability, not a template with your name in it.
A sequenced roadmap with actions, owners and timing across the first year.
Evidence for the decisions: the client and market analysis that shaped the strategy, so you can revisit the reasoning later.
A clear view of what's next. If executing it needs capability you don't have yet, you'll know that going in rather than discovering it in month three.

Where most people go from here.

A good number of Blueprint clients execute it themselves, and that's the intended outcome. Some get partway through and realise the constraint isn't the plan; it's that nobody internally has run one of these before. That's what Growth Enablement exists for, and it picks up exactly where the Blueprint leaves off.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.
